This 6-month contract position invites an experienced recruiter to develop sourcing strategies for Sales and GTM teams. You will excel in identifying passive candidates and maintaining proactive pipelines while closely collaborating with our Talent Attraction recruiting team. The dynamic environment ensures no two days will be the same as you adapt to evolving hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain proactive pipelines for GTM hiring

• Conduct high-volume candidate sourcing efforts

• Utilize Linked In Recruiter for engaging passive talent

• Convert vague hiring requirements into actionable plans

• Monitor market and competitor hiring trends

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a sourcing or recruiting role

• Presence in office at least 3 days weekly

• Skilled in Boolean search and competitive intelligence

• Strong relationship-building and outreach skills

• Knowledge of technology/SaaS markets
