Senior Human Resources Advisor – Hybrid Role

Join Intact as a Senior Human Resources Consultant in a hybrid work model, bringing your bilingual capabilities to our Finance groups. This strategic role focuses on HR leadership and best practices.

In this position, you'll be a vital partner to senior management, offering professional HR advice that aligns with best practices and compliance regulations. Your focus will be on complex HR management queries, conflict resolution, and project leadership, as well as improving HR processes across the organization. With a strong understanding of recruitment, engagement, and workforce planning, you'll contribute to initiatives that drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer HR coaching and strategic advice to business partners

• Actively participate in designated group management committees

• Manage HR projects and corporate program deployment

• Facilitate conflict resolution and HR investigations

• Design and implement employee training sessions

Requirements:

• Degree in HR Management or related field

• At least eight years in HR generalist roles

• CHRP and/or CHRL certification

• Bilingual fluency required

• Proven communication and project management skills
