The annual salary range for this full-time position is $58,000 – 62,000. The schedule is Monday-Friday during normal business hours, and it is based at our headquarters in Baraboo, WI, with the opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity of 2-3 days at home during the week.
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of U.S.
-based staff, ensuring candidates and new employees experience a welcoming, professional, and mission-centered organization. You will partner with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent, guide the hiring process from job posting through offer acceptance, and coordinate onboarding activities that help new employees successfully integrate into the organization. You will also support employee benefits administration, assist with employee relations activities, and help foster a positive workplace culture through employee recognition and engagement initiatives.

Successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree in a related field or at least three years of experience in recruitment and onboarding, including advertising positions, screening applications, conducting interviews, and advising hiring managers on effective hiring practices. Experience working with HR information systems is required, with ADP Workforce Now experience preferred. Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) and nonprofit experience are a plus.
