What You’ll Do:
  • Assist with delegated recruiting tasks, including phone screening, reviewing applications, and candidate engagement
  • Support the creation of engaging job postings and recruitment advertisement materials
  • Help coordinate and facilitate new hire orientations and onboarding processes
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Utilize diverse sourcing techniques to identify and build pipelines for high-performing candidates across industries, including healthcare, service, and IT sectors
  • Conduct reference checks and verify licenses/credentials when needed
  • Contribute to job fairs, open house events, and relationship-building efforts with educational and organizational partners
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in full-desk recruiting, including candidate screening and interviewing
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Organizational aptitude with the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and talent acquisition strategies
Nice to Have

Skills:
  • Experience recruiting within healthcare or information technology sectors
  • Familiarity with workday or applicant tracking systems
  • Previous involvement in university or community outreach programs
Preferred

Education and Experience:
  • Relevant recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume or fast-changing environments
