We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our team and support various recruiting projects. We need dynamic professionals with good organizational skills who can handle multiple tasks and pay attention to detail. • Support the staffing strategy for company openings.
• Gather information related to profile requirements and job assignments.
• Work with the recruiting team to identify potential candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to identify growth opportunities.
• Suggest improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or project management.
• Good level of English.
• Experience in IT recruitment.
