Twilio is seeking a remote-based People Operations Specialist to join our global HR transformation effort. You will manage core HR processes, support employees and internal partners across Benefits, Payroll, and HR systems, and collaborate with HRBPs to ensure a seamless employee experience.
A focus on data integrity and confidentiality is essential. Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, plus at least 3 years running HR processes in the Americas, are highly valued.
