Title: HRIS Analyst V

Compensation:
Pay Range: $65.00-$70.00 Per HR

Job Summary:

• This is a remote contract position where you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity and providing solutions for HR systems.

• You will work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure best practices and troubleshoot issues within the HR technology platform.

• Experience with human resource management systems is essential.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in business process and analytical experience in Workday

• Experience in a HR Service Delivery model with shared services preferred.

• Experience with Microsoft tools and applications required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for compensation and payroll planning initiatives.

• Configure and maintain payroll and time tracking systems.

• Manage testing, reporting, and data validation processes.

• Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with relevant teams.

• Ensure compliance and maintain documentation for end-user training.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or equivalent education/experience/training

• Specialization in the Workday HCM, Payroll, Time tracking, Absence, Compensation modules required

• Some broader domain knowledge and/or training in HR processes and functions desirable
