ANNA Autism Care seeks a passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting, focusing on BCBAs, Clinical Directors, and corporate positions. With a robust framework driven by AI, you'll enhance recruiting operations and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role emphasizes precision and throughput, vital for scaling our mission-driven team in neurodevelopmental care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates for clinical and corporate roles

• Conduct structured phone screens and coordinate interviews

• Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes

• Maintain ATS hygiene and create recruiting SOPs

• Provide weekly pipeline reports for leadership

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

• Success in recruiting licensed healthcare professionals

• Proven direct sourcing skills in competitive markets

• Strong expertise in ATS administration and structured interviews

• AI fluency with practical examples in recruiting workflows
