The City of Wauwatosa is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR Generalist to drive the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, interviewing and aligning candidates with the City’s needs and culture. This role also handles workers’ compensation and FMLA administration, and supports various HR processes.
Remote work is possible on occasion with scheduling flexibility after onboarding; occasional travel between City facilities is required to conduct interviews and orientations.
