Talent Acquisition Partner Job Singapore,HR/Recruitment

We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the organizations talent pipeline by partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent. You will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, contribute to employer branding efforts, and support strategic hiring initiatives across departments.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
Establish selection criteria aligned with job competencies and role expectations.
Identify and manage sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates, including job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies.
Facilitate internal discussions on hiring decisions among hiring committee members
Identify initiatives for enhance candidates experience
Liaise with recruitment agencies on hiring matters, including the recruitment, renewal, and repatriation of foreign workers.
Support and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the organizations talent attraction efforts.
Organize and participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, and other outreach events.
Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to analyze hiring effectiveness and turnaround times.

Requirements

Passion for people and interests in HR career
Prior experience in talent acquisition or in-house recruitment, ideally in high volume environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated and enjoy working highly collaborative environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a people-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with the Employment Act and relevant hiring regulations in Singapore.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Team player who works well collaboratively across functions.
