Type: Part-time
Compensation: $50-$60 per hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities- Conduct structured interviews with shortlisted experts to assess domain depth and communication skills.
- Confirm expert availability, work authorization, and exclusivity, identifying any red flags.
- Tier candidates as advance, hold, or pass and provide concise summaries for the program team.
- Coordinate interview scheduling within weekday business hours, primarily EST.
- Have strong relevant experience in recruiting, interviewing, or expert-vetting.
- Demonstrated ability to assess senior professionals effectively.
- Strong communication skills and structured judgment are essential.
- Availability during EST weekday business hours is required.
- Ability to commit reliably to about 10 hours per week, fully remote.
