Sunflower Services PBC is seeking an HR Manager, Employee Relations to join a growing team of HR consultants serving nonprofit clients. You will handle employee relations, policy updates, and a high volume of HR inquiries, navigating conflict resolution and client-facing interactions.
This is a full-time role reporting to the Associate Director of HR. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in employee relations, strong knowledge of multi-state laws, NLRA/NLRB processes, and a service-oriented mindset.
