Next Job Abroad is seeking a Danish-speaking International Freelance Recruiter to join our remote, international team. This role focuses on sourcing candidates for opportunities abroad and requires fluency in Danish and English, with previous recruitment experience.
You’ll start with a paid onboarding and training period for three months, after which earnings are commission-based with no cap. Expect to commit about 30–40 hours per week and enjoy full remote flexibility while helping candidates
