Job Summary

The Sourcing Coordinator, RPO partners closely with recruiters and hiring teams to identify, engage, and support qualified candidates throughout the recruiting process. This role is responsible for proactive talent sourcing, candidate outreach, screening support, and maintaining a positive candidate experience. The Sourcer collaborates cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and candidates to help build strong talent pipelines and meet hiring goals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Conduct candidate outreach through phone, email, and other communication channels.

  • Screen and qualify candidates against position requirements, skills, and experience.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Partner with recruiters to coordinate candidate presentations, interviews, and follow‑up activities.

  • Assist with candidate engagement, onboarding support, and pre‑employment communications.

  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing campaigns to attract passive and active talent.

  • Provide a high level of customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Support recruiting projects and initiatives aimed at improving hiring outcomes and candidate experience.

Qualifications

Education & Years of Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED plus 5-7 years of work experience in supporting recruitment processes in an RPO, staffing, or corporate recruiting environment preferred.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Experience sourcing talent across multiple platforms, including Linked In Recruiter and job boards.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements
  • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
  • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
