The City of Virginia Beach is seeking an experienced Employee Relations (ER) Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR team. Manage ER activities across departments, provide guidance to employees and managers, ensure compliance with employment laws, conduct workplace investigations, and update HR policies.
The ideal candidate will have an HR certification and a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, with public sector ER experience and training delivery being highly desirable.
