The role supports the GM and Director of Operations ITD North America with HR planning, recruitment, talent management, labor relations, and policy development.
The position is remote-friendly for qualified U.S. residents, with approximately 50% travel to sites including Camarillo, CA;
Nogales, MX;
Tijuana, MX; and the Dominican Republic.
