Wellity Health is seeking a remote HR Generalist to own the full HR lifecycle for our California, Nevada, and New Mexico teams. You will partner with the Director of Human Resources and drive system optimization using Rippling to support a high-growth environment.
The role requires 3–5 years of HR experience, strong CA wage/hour knowledge, and a hands-on mindset. Prior HRIS experience and a professional certification are a plus. This is a full-time, remote position with competitive hourly pay.
