What You’ll Do:

Manage 360° recruitment process (client BD + candidate sourcing)
Cold call and build new client relationships (we’re hunters, not just farmers)
Understand hiring needs, pitch solutions, and fill roles fast
Write job ads, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage offers
Work independently while being part of a close-knit, collaborative team
Maintain detailed records in CRM and deliver consistent performance

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or sales is a bonus - but not a must
Gritty, persuasive, and self-driven with strong communication skills
Able to handle rejection and bounce back fast
Willingness to cold call and hustle during golden hours
Team player who shares leads, wins, and good vibes

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: Basic salary ranging from $3,000 - $4,000
, depending on your experience.
Attractive Commission: Earn extra when you hit your targets. The more you achieve, the more you earn, simple as that!
Location: Westgate Tower OR Paya Lebar. West or East, we got you covered.
Days: 5 days, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
