Guest Experience Intern

We are hiring a Guest Experience Intern on behalf of our parent company, which oversees several brands.

For this position, we are looking for someone versatile and willing to do many types of work. You will help us hire, train, and recognize great people. You'll build hiring funnels, onboarding checklists, and training trackers, and you'll update SOPs. These projects will vary in scope and there will be plenty of opportunity to gain new skills. Key responsibilities include maintaining job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, tracking pipeline, creating onboarding and training checklists, updating SOPs/training docs, producing quick reference sheets, auditing incident logs, coordinating safety trainings, and supporting culture programs.

Requirements include a desire to be a part of a start-up or growing small business, willingness to challenge existing ideas and methods, creative problem solving, friendly communication, strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, understanding of project management and execution, and a service mindset. Compensation is $16-18+/HR (DOE).
