What you'll do

Assist in identifying and evaluating candidates for technical roles, ensuring a strong fit for the organization.
Manage job postings across multiple platforms, including Linked In, internal databases, and local job boards to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
Coordinate interview schedules, compile feedback from interviewers, and maintain open lines of communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure that applicant tracking systems, such as Greenhouse or Lever, are consistently updated with precise information to facilitate smooth recruitment operations.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to refine and enhance recruitment strategies.
Participate in various recruitment initiatives and contribute to efforts aimed at strengthening the employer brand.
Join regular team meetings and engage in discussions with hiring managers to align on recruitment needs and strategies.
Suggest improvements to current recruitment workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the hiring process.

Requirements

Must be a current university student or a recent graduate, eager to kickstart a career in HR or recruitment.
A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with international colleagues and stakeholders.
