Key Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Develop new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships
Understand clients' hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Source, screen and interview suitable candidates
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through successful placement
Coordinate interviews and negotiate employment offers
Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Stay updated on market trends and hiring activities
Achieve individual sales and recruitment targets

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Experience in recruitment, sales, business development or customer service is an advantage
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, resilient and results-oriented
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
