Talent Acquisition Recruiter

This is a remote position.

We are expanding our delivery team to support a major aviation services provider with a large-scale hiring program. This project covers high-profile positions across flight operations and technical support.

We’re now looking for experienced recruiters to join us in delivering this exciting project.

• Ground Operations & Logistics Support
• Safety & Compliance Officers

What We’re Looking For

• Proven recruitment experience in aviation, engineering, oil & gas, or other technical sectors.
• Candidates must have recruitment experience for the Africa region.
• Confidence sourcing hard-to-find talent globally,with creative approaches to market mapping and headhunting.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns to tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of licensing/certification requirements (EASA, GCAA or equivalent is a plus).
