RAM Recruiting is seeking a Traveling HR Generalist for a well-established group of skilled nursing facilities in the Winston-Salem and Greensboro area. This is a field role, not a desk job, and you’ll be the face of HR in every building, knowing the people, relationships, and history behind office staff and residents.
You’ll split time between facility visits—roughly half the week—and remote work from home or the office the rest of the time.
