Je bouwt talentpools, voert sollicitatiegesprekken, adviseert hiring managers en draagt bij aan HR-ontwikkelingen. Een HBO-opleiding, 32–40 uur per week en uitstekende Nederlandse vaardigheden zijn vereist.
