IJK is op zoek naar een Salarisadviseur die de salarisadministratie voor diverse klanten beheert en adviseert over procesverbeteringen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor volledige salarisverwerking, loonmutaties en tijdige betalingen.
Ideale kandidaten hebben ervaring als salarisadministrateur of payroll consultant, met een PDL-diploma of bereidheid dit binnen 12 maanden te halen, en kennis van AFAS. Een VPS/RPP-opleiding is een pré. Locatie en werktijden zijn flexibel binnen een jaarcontract.
