Mental Care Group zoekt Adviseur BIG-Opleidingen om de opleidingsketen te organiseren, verbinden en optimaliseren met focus op BIG-opleidingen en aansluiting bij medewerkers en de organisatie.
Je coördineert jaarlijks selectieproces, bewaakt voortgang en communicatie, en werkt samen met P-opleiders, HR, Finance en Legal.
Het aanbod omvat blended leeroplossingen en subsidies, met tijdelijk contract en uitzicht op vast dienstverband; deels thuiswerken mogelijk.
