SV (Schweiz) AG sucht einen HR Projekt- & System Spezialisten (d/w/m) 80% mit End-to-End-Verantwortung für HR-Projekte. Du koordinierst Stakeholder, steuerst Change-Management und betreust SAP-HCM sowie Success Factors/Open Text.
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört die Analyse bestehender HR-Prozesse, die Erstellung von Spezifikationen, Tests und Dokumentationen sowie die Umsetzung von HR-Prozessoptimierungen im Payroll-Umfeld. Eine einschlägige Ausbildung rundet dein Profil ab.
