We are looking for a passionate HR profession alto join ourHR Services organisation . As our new HR Project Manager
,you’llhelp drive improvements in the way we work, streamline processes, and support the ongoing digitalization of our HR services to create efficiencies and a smooth user experience.

You are a hands-on profile with a solid operational understanding and enjoy working with colleagues across HR, IT, and the business to meet our strategic goals.

You will be reporting tothe Head of our EMEA Service Centerand become part of a teamoftalentedand dedicated HRProfessionalslocatedacross EMEA.

Youare based in Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, or Slovakia.

You can either work remotely orfromone ofouroffices:
Budapest (Hungary),
Grodzisk Mazowiecki (Poland),
Ljubljana (Slovenia) or Povazska Bystrica (Slovakia).

• Drive excellence
  :deliver onourHR Services EMEAroadmap focusing on strengthening ournew operating model,continuous improvement,anduser experience.
• Innovate and optimize:identify opportunities for automation anddigitalization and bring the opportunities to life.
• Lead change:support the implementation of global HR processes and initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption.
• Manage projects
  : plan and drive big and small projects, keep stakeholders close and use your strong facilitation skills to create excitement and progress.
• Case management:analyse service quality and productivity trends, conduct root cause analysis and lead initiatives to optimize usage of Service Now.
• Communication
  :create written communication and presentations that speak totheheart of thetarget group and convey key messages in a simple manner.

Your professional profile:

• Background from the shared services environmentanda minimum of 5 years’ experience working in HR.
• Experience from a similar position and proven experience with HR process streamlining, continuous improvement and digitalization.
• Experience with HR request systems(e.g. Service Now) isa must.
• Excellent English language skills.
