Senior People Operations Specialist

This role is based out of one of our hub locations:
New York, Chicago, Austin, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco.

Time Zone Preference:
Preference will be given to candidates operating in the Mountain (MST) or Pacific (PST) time zones.

Workplace Model:
While there is no mandatory daily or weekly in-office requirement, you should be located near a hub and prepared to come into the office on an as-needed basis to support projects and initiatives.

• Global Service Delivery:
  Act as a line of support for global employee queries, resolving inbound requests via our ticketing system. Leverage historical data, team SOPs, and internal documentation to solve cases independently.
• Service Strategy:
  Analyze ticket trends to identify operational friction. Partner closely with our Senior Manager, People Operations Transformation to design, build, and implement self-service tools and knowledge bases that empower employees, support organizational change, and foster a self-service culture.
• Project Ownership:
  Partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, Legal, and Total Rewards to optimize global workflows. Take the lead on proposing action plans and scaling processes for the global team.
• Global Lifecycle & Workday Management:
  Support end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions globally. Execute and audit employment changes within Workday, maintaining system records by focusing on current compliance standards and clean data structures.

4‑6+ years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR Service Delivery, or an HR Generalist capacity.

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $89,000 - $132,000 USD. Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate and may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. A location‑based adjustment may apply.
