We’re ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS, an ITcompany based in Eupen, and we’re looking for someone to join our recruitment team. You don’t need ten years of experience — what matters to us is thatyou’re curious, you like people, and you want to learn a job that’s actuallypretty fascinating.

Your job is to connect the rightpeople with the right projects. Concretely, that means talking with our clientsto understand who they need, searching for candidates on Linked In and otherplatforms, and having real conversations with people about their skills, theirambitions, and whether the job would make them happy. You’d follow candidates from the first call to the signed offer.

This is a job for someone who trulyenjoys meeting people. You’ll spend your days discussing, listening, and motivating candidates — and how they experience the process matters as much asthe result. For us, every candidate should walk away with a positiveimpression, whether they get the job or not. That’s the mindset we’re looking for.

We also use AI a lot in our dailywork — to write better, search smarter, and screen faster. If you already playwith ChatGPT or Claude, great. If not, we’ll show you. Either way, you’ll learnskills that will matter for the next twenty years of your career.

Someone who genuinely likes talkingto people, on the phone included. A first experience in recruitment or HR helps(an internship counts), but motivation matters more to us than your CV. Youshould be comfortable in French and English — German is a bonus, not arequirement. And no, you don’t need to know how to code — but a real interest in IT, new technologies and AI is definitely an asset here.
