TCWGlobal is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to scale North America's revenue team. This 12-month W-2 contract is remote in the United States, with hourly pay of $60–$75 DOE.
You will lead end-to-end GTM and sales recruiting, partner with sales leadership, build pipelines, and manage complex offers.
Ideal candidates have global SaaS or enterprise tech recruiting experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work across multiple time zones.
