About the role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is a division of the Adecco Group, focusing on recruiting within accounting and finance.

As an Executive Recruiter, you will manage both the client and candidate sides, executing the full life‑cycle of direct‑hire recruiting for top‑tier, mid‑ to senior‑level roles across a variety of clients.

The role requires a sense of urgency, the ability to focus on existing clients while identifying new ones, and the skill to interview candidates and match them with the right organizations.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities

• Technically savvy – interested in learning and implementing new technology
