Well Sense Health Plan seeks an HR Program Manager to advance programs and BMC partnerships within HR across the organization. You will partner with Compliance, Compensation, Benefits, HR Operations, and HRIS to drive structured, compliant initiatives and measurable outcomes.
This role is remote, full-time, with competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, reporting to the VP of Human Resources. A background in healthcare or managed care is preferred.
