Akumin is hiring a Director of Employee Relations to join our Human Resources team in a remote role based in the United States. Lead and develop the ER function across all 50 states, partnering with executives and legal counsel on complex matters.
The role requires 10+ years in HR with 5–7 in Employee Relations, remote leadership experience, and strong investigative and policy skills. Travel may be required. This is a nationwide ER leadership position within Akumin's HR team.
