  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, HR partners, and business leaders to develop practical, scalable learning solutions.
  • Measure learning effectiveness through participation data, feedback, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement of learning programs, delivery methods, processes, and technology solutions.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, leadership growth, and organizational capability building across the company.

  • Experience conducting learning needs assessments and translating business needs into development solutions.
  • Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) or similar learning technology platform.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to improve outcomes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and learning technologies.
