Beanfield Technologies Inc. seeks an experienced Manager, Payroll & Benefits to own payroll, benefits, and HRIS operations in a hybrid role. You will drive process improvements, ensure Canada Labour Code compliance, and act as the ADP Workforce Now expert.
You will lead bi-weekly payroll for 300–1,000 employees, manage benefits programs, and generate payroll analytics for forecasting and audits. A strong focus on accuracy and employee service is required.
