Remote Onboarding Specialist (CST Hours

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to support the new hire onboarding experience from offer acceptance through day-one readiness. This role will be responsible for preparing and distributing onboarding documentation, entering and maintaining employee data in iSolved, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process, conducting onboarding orientations, and tracking progress to ensure a positive new hire experience.

The ideal candidate is process-driven, comfortable managing multiple onboarding activities simultaneously, and committed to maintaining accurate records, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations. This is a fully remote position but the chosen candidate will need to work CST hours.

3+ years of experience in employee onboarding

Strong experience managing high-volume onboarding activities, including new hire documentation and data entry

Hands-on experience with an HRIS platform (iSolved preferred) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite iSolved experience
