Commonwealth Care of Roanoke is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer to lead HR strategy across home office and 12 centers in Virginia. You will coach HR Managers, oversee recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and leave administration, and ensure compliance and risk mitigation for all locations.
You will drive retention, engagement, and performance while advancing CCR's culture of care. A bachelor in HR is required; master’s preferred, SHRM credentials required, Paycom experience a plus.
