As a People Operations Manager, you will establish the operational backbone for ANNA's employee experience across multiple states. Focus on onboarding workflows, payroll accuracy, and multi-state compliance while enhancing employee relations processes. This role demands a hands-on approach and rewards high-performing builders dedicated to creating efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll execution in Rippling

• Build and maintain multi-state compliance calendar

• Design onboarding workflows for clinical and corporate hires

• Run ER casework under US employment law

• Develop workforce dashboards for leadership use

Requirements:

• 4-6+ years in People Operations or HR operations

• Expertise in multi-state payroll and compliance

• Experience in managing ER cases end to end

• Demonstrated AI fluency in operational systems

• Ability to work US Eastern business hours
