Lynch Consultants, LLC seeks a Federal HR Consultant to support federal restructuring and hiring initiatives for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. This fully remote role requires a U.S. citizen with 8+ years of HR experience and a Federal Public Trust clearance or eligibility.
Ideal candidates will have experience with GS pay scales, federal hiring processes, and position descriptions, plus knowledge of Federal finance functions. PMP and Claude AI familiarity are a plus.
