Salary: £26,635 – £27,380 + Pay Award Pending (Career progression up to £30,372 for fully qualified candidates)

Full-time, 37 hours/week (Flexible hours between 08:00 – 17:30)

We are looking for a fast-paced, system-savvy HR Administrator to join a public sector organisation. The primary focus of this role is administering corporate Learning Management System (LMS), alongside delivering end-to-end HR support across recruitment, job evaluation, and general administration.

What you will be doing:

Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS) and integrated HR/Payroll systems.

Provide core HR administrative support across recruitment, employee records, and job evaluations.

Act as a first point of contact for HR and LMS queries from managers and staff.
What you will bring to the team:

Strong ICT skills, ideally with hands-on experience using LMS or integrated HR/Payroll systems.
Relevant experience in a fast-paced HR or office environment.
Excellent communication, strong organisation under tight deadlines, and high discretion.
GCSE Maths & English (Grade A–C/4–9) and a valid UK Driving Licence.
