Head of People- Build and own full-cycle recruiting across all departments and levels
- Design onboarding programs that reduce time-to-productivity for new hires
- Lead performance management - reviews, 30/60/90-day plans, PIPs, and promotions
- Develop HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance frameworks (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO)
- Partner with department heads on employee relations and workforce planning
- Build compensation benchmarks, benefits programs, and incentive structures
- Own culture initiatives - recognition programs, engagement surveys, team events
- Report people metrics (attrition, headcount, time-to-hire) to the leadership team
- 5+ years in HR leadership, ideally in financial services or a high-growth environment
- Deep knowledge of employment law and multi-state compliance requirements
- Proven track record building or scaling an HR function from early stage
- Comfortable partnering with executives and front-line staff alike
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification a plus
- Financial industry background strongly preferred

Human Resources Multi-State Compliance Employee Relations 3+ yrs experience Home office required
HR Hybrid
- Serve as the primary HR partner for U.S.
-based employees - Support a remote workforce across multiple states while maintaining employment-law compliance
- Manage onboarding, employee relations, performance management, coaching, and offboarding
- Partner with leaders on engagement, retention, and organizational development
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for U.S. positions
- Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
- Administer benefits, leave programs, HRIS records, and HR reporting
- Investigate employee concerns with confidentiality and professionalism
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience
- Experience supporting employees across multiple states and remote teams
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, organization, and time management skills
- Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus
- Ability to travel approximately 25% within the United States

- Run daily standups, weekly pipeline reviews, and monthly performance discussions
- Own team KPIs: call volume, contact rate, conversion rate, and monthly enrolled revenue
- Handle escalated client situations alongside compliance and processing teams
- Refine advisor scripts, objection-handling playbooks, and enrollment workflows
- Provide lead quality feedback to marketing to optimize campaign performance
- Carry a small book of the highest-value, most complex client relationships (~20% of your time)
- Report team metrics and weekly forecasts directly to senior leadership
- 5+ years in debt settlement, financial sales, or consumer finance
- 2+ years in a team lead, supervisor, or player-coach role
- Demonstrated ability to develop advisors from average to top performers
- Strong working knowledge of FTC/TSR regulations and CFPB guidelines
- CRM proficiency (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or equivalent) required
