Job DescriptionBhavishya Consulting Services is hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. If you have experience in recruitment and are passionate about talent acquisition, we'd love to hear from you!
Roles & Responsibilities- Source candidates through Naukri, Linked In, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 13 years of recruitment experience (IT or Non-IT).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Personal laptop or desktop.
- Stable Wi-Fi/Internet connection.
- Smartphone with good call quality.
- Dedicated workspace for work-from-home.
