Key Rehab is seeking a full-time, remote Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead sourcing and recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will reside in IA, KS, NE, or MO and travel up to 25%.
Required is a Bachelor's degree in HR/related field and 3+ years in talent acquisition, with advanced Indeed sourcing and ATS experience (ICIMS/iSolve). Preference for post-acute care recruiting and Handshake experience.
