UMB Bank is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to join our Payroll team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will oversee full-cycle payroll operations for over 5,000 employees and ensure compliance with payroll laws using our Workday HRIS. You will analyze payroll functions, collaborate with HR and IT teams, and perform routine reporting audits.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience with Workday payroll modules. This position offers a hybrid work environment and benefits including 401(k) matching and PTO.
