What you’ll be doing

* Scaling a high-performing healthcare recruitment desk within an established brand

* Winning, developing and managing long-term client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted recruitment partner rather than a transactional supplier

* Sourcing, engaging and placing high-quality healthcare professionals using your network, market knowledge and sourcing strategies

* Delivering contingency and retained recruitment solutions tailored to different client needs

* Running your workflow with a business mindset, managing your time, priorities and pipeline with autonomy, accountability and commercial focus

Who this is for

* Have proven experience in healthcare recruitment (contingency, retained, RPO, full recruitment cycle) and managing client accounts independently

* Are ambitious, confident, commercially driven and self-motivated, comfortable with sales and BD
