Business Development :
Generate new business through cold calling, attending meetings, and networking. Innovate and stand out in your approach to attract new clients. Building Relationships :
Develop close relationships with clients to understand and meet their recruitment needs. Matching Vacancies :
Match candidates to roles based on their skills and the client’s requirements. Candidate Management :
Manage candidate expectations and ensure all vetting checks are completed. Sourcing Candidates :
Use various sourcing methods including social media to attract new candidates. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the education sector. Strong business development skills with a track record of winning new business. Excellent relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
