The role offers a truly international scope, recruiting talent globally across Europe, North America, and Asia.

As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will develop and execute Stokke's global talent acquisition strategy, drive workforce planning, lead recruitment projects, build talent pipelines, strengthen hiring capability, leverage technology and AI, own the global recruitment budget and agency strategy, and ensure operational excellence across the recruitment process.

You are energized by building and improving. You are a self-starter who takes ownership, works independently, and consistently turns ideas into action. Youpossessexceptional stakeholder management skills and can influence and align stakeholders across all levels of an international organization.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO/WO level).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior Talent Acquisition role.
• Experience in an international, fast-paced, and demanding environment.
• Strong experience in workforce planning, sourcing, recruitment strategy, and talent pipelines.
• Experience managing agencies and recruitment budgets.
• Fluency in English.
• Able to work from the Amsterdam office at least 3 days per week.
