Associate Recruiter, Technology

Turn2 is one of the largest executive search and staffing firms serving the Washington DC metro area (DMV), and we’re seeking a Technology Recruiter to support our growing client base. The Tech search team supports core IT functions and projects related to AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, & Product/Project Management, from the Lead to VP-level, for businesses of all sizes. This role will be on-site (Tues - Thurs) in either our Herndon or DC office.

We are not considering remote hires at this time.

• Source, engage, and place top technology professionals in roles that match their expertise
• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver top-tier candidates
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships and develop a network of skilled professionals

• Background in technology, tech sales OR at least one year of agency recruiting experience
• Strong understanding of technology products and infrastructure, specific to the private sector
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for talent acquisition
