Recruitment Analyst at Providence Health Care

Elevate your recruitment expertise with Providence Health Care as a Recruitment Analyst. This role, supporting hybrid and remote work, focuses on applicant tracking, internal transfers, and recruitment strategies.

As a Recruitment Analyst, you'll collaborate closely with Talent Recruitment Advisors while leveraging your understanding of human resources and recruitment practices. The position is vital to facilitating hiring processes by managing postings, conducting screenings, and ensuring compliance with collective agreements. You’ll prepare offer letters, support onboarding processes, and assist with the Employee Referral Program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process new posting requests through the ATS efficiently

• Conduct pre-employment reference checks and screenings

• Create and send onboarding packages and offer letters

• Maintain accurate recruitment reporting and documentation

• Assist in managing the Employee Referral Program and job fairs

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management

• Minimum of one year in related HR or Recruitment roles

• Strong computer literacy in relevant HR systems

• Knowledge of collective agreements and recruitment practices

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
